Yes you can but we do not recommend it. Payments can be lost or stolen in the mail and this does not excuse the tenant from making their payment on time. We have multiple payment methods that are easier, cheaper, and safer. Using CashPay is the same process as purchasing a money order. EPay can be set up using ACH, credit. Cards, and debit cards.
Be sure to clearly write your name, community name, and lot number in the memo section of the check or money order. If we cannot determine whose payment it is we will have to return it and this could cause late fees. Mailed payments must arrive on time or there will be a $50 late fee applied regardless of when the payment was mailed. Be sure your entire balance is paid along with the $25 processing fee or you will receive a $50 late fee.
If you do not wish to pay through CashPay or one of our online payment methods, you can fill out the EPayment Authorization Form located here and sending it to the address above along with a VOID check. Be sure to read the instructions carefully as forms with errors cannot be processed. We highly recommend you write “TBD” in the amount section or you will have to send in a new form each time the rent amount changes.
